Marketing Manager

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Marketing Manger to join our team. You will be driving the ship on the company’s marketing needs and be responsible for managing the marketing team in all plans and activities in order to help drive brand growth. You will help us continue to gain market share by delivering best-in-class marketing strategy and execution. And you will have fun and save the planet while doing it. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

●       Manage the agencies hired to produce the tools needed to support the Brand Consumer marketing message, including—creative,  social media, POS, On and Off Premise activation, PR, website, and later traditional media

●       Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through market research, as need be and as budgets allow

●       Field work to oversee marketing programs, consumer and trade response and fine tuning of all consumer marketing activities

●       Fully responsible for brand budgets, including Trade and Consumer

●       Manage marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales, revenue, and profit objectives of the organization

●       Ensure that all Brand Ambassadors and Samplers are properly trained

●       Ability to successfully lead, guide, direct, and develop a team of marketing professionals

●       Evaluate and recommend channel development programs

●       Build local partnerships and leverages relationships in the field and at retail

●       Manage distributors to ensure that all marketing activity is presented on a consistent basis to capture share of mind and create buzz

●       Align resources and priorities consistent with the business strategy

●       Ensure effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives fall within designated budgets

●       Monitor competitive products and marketing activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

●       Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Products Marketing with significant exposure to brand-building activities. Natural Products space a bonus

●       DTC Exeperience

●       History of work with Amazon.com and other online platforms

●       Exceptional skills in Marketing leadership and brand strategic thinking

●       Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

●       Solid understanding of the business planning process and the ability to build a bottoms-up plan is a requirement

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the entire planning, supply chain, co-manufacturing and logistics infrastructure for Repurpose encompassing a robust DTC platform and multi-channel retail expansion.

The role not only demands a seasoned strategic lens, but also a tactical team player willing to roll up their sleeve and dive into the weeds. It will require a mix of proactive analysis and strategic development, as well as cross-functional leadership and excellent project management.

He or she will play an enormously important supportive role, keeping our company moving forward with precision and proactive measures.

You will report to the Director of Operations. You will be the stakeholder of a range of vital responsibilities under the operations umbrella including:

  • Develop and manage demand plan based on business trends 

  • Identify demand forecast risks and develop mitigation plans

  • Maintain and Implement BOMs in inventory management system

  • Co-manufacturing relationship management

  • Inventory management across different sales channels

  • Process direct retailers and distributor POs, generate sales orders and send all sales orders to main co-manufacturer; ensure revenue is recognized for outstanding POs

  • Manage relationships with all vendors/suppliers to manage supply, negotiate pricing, and effectively balance run rate and inventory position 

  • Manage coordination and communication with carrier partners & shippers/receivers
